Jumbo Sausages & Sarah's Salsa
Method:
Serves 4
- Simmer
the sausages for 2-3 mins in boiling water,
well
in advance of the barbeque this gets rid of
excess fat and
reduces flare-ups.
- When
ready to barbeque cook the sausages for 5-6
minutes each side.
- Mix
all the salsa ingredients together and serve
with the cooked sausages.
