Stuffed
Sausages with Bacon
Method:
- Cook
onion in butter slowly until softened
- Add
to breadcrumbs and herbs, Mix well
- Season
lightly
- Cut
a pocket along the sausage.
- Place
1-2 teaspoons of bread stuffing in the pocket.
- Wrap
a streaky rasher around stuffed sausage and
secure with cocktail stick.
- Place
on a non-stick cooking tray.
- Cook
in a hot oven gas mark 6 (180c) for approx 25/30
minutes.
- Remove
cocktail stick before serving
